Summer Creek Cabins & RV Park is operated by RAAD Holdings LLC, 105 Thomas Rd, Big Spring, TX 79720. Rates are shown when you book and in your confirmation. The terms you accept when you book and the registration you complete before check-in apply for your whole stay.

Guests, not tenants

Summer Creek is lodging. Every stay, however long, is a hotel-style stay under a revocable license. Stays are not leases, you are a guest and not a tenant, and amounts you pay are lodging charges, not rent. We may end a stay at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

Cancelling and leaving early

All reservation payments are non-refundable, including when you leave early or a stay is ended. Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia or Booking.com follow that site's cancellation policy.

Extending

Text us before your departure day. An extension is at the current rate, if a unit is open.

SMS Terms

Program: Summer Creek Guest Texts. We text guests with information about their stay: arrival and access details, property notices (for example water or power outages), cleaning schedules, payment reminders, and replies to guest questions. No marketing messages.

How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number and checking the optional text-message consent box on our online booking page, or by texting START (or any message) to (432) 263-5533. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.

Frequency: varies with your stay, usually a few messages a week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
